← Back to product STARTUP BRIEF / OCTOBER 2026
From scattered documents
to actionable operations.
Proceso Lab is developing Proceso Flow, a B2B SaaS product for commercial and operations teams at Latin American distributors. Our starting point: turn incoming orders into structured, reviewable tasks.
PRODUCTProceso Flow
STAGEPrototype / MVP development
BUSINESS MODELPlanned B2B SaaS subscription
INITIAL MARKETLATAM B2B distributors
01 / PROBLEM & CUSTOMEROrders arrive as documents.
Teams work in tasks.
Our initial customer hypothesis is that small and medium B2B distributors spend unnecessary effort re-entering orders from PDFs, emails and messages into spreadsheets, then chasing missing information and coordinating delivery.
We are narrowing the first product to incoming commercial orders, rather than launching a general-purpose automation platform. Customer interviews and pilots are the next step in validating this hypothesis.
02 / PRODUCT & DIFFERENTIATIONA shared workflow, built around evidence.
The proposed product extracts order fields, identifies missing information and suggests a next action. Users review the source, approve or correct the proposal, and follow the resulting task in one workspace.
The differentiation we aim to validate is the combination of Spanish-first operational context, source-linked proposals and human approval in a repeatable SaaS workflow. The initial interface demonstrates this interaction using fictional data.
Explore the interactive prototype ↗03 / WHY CLAUDEClaude is central to the planned MVP.
We plan to use the first-party Claude API to interpret unstructured order content, produce structured field proposals and recommend a next task based on document context. The application will validate outputs and require human approval before recording an operational action.
- Inputs: text and PDFs for the first MVP. Additional channels are future scope.
- Outputs: proposed fields, missing-data flags and suggested actions with references to the source.
- Controls: untrusted document isolation, schema validation, workspace permissions and explicit approval, all planned for the MVP.
- Evaluation: field accuracy, user correction rate, order handling time and cost per document.
Current integration statusThe public prototype is browser-based and uses predefined examples. It makes no Claude API calls. Live AI processing, authentication, durable storage and third-party connectors have not been implemented in this website.
04 / STAGE & EXECUTION PLANPrototype today. A focused MVP next.
AvailablePublic product positioning and a working interactive prototype with three order scenarios, approval and a simulated activity trail.
Next milestoneBuild document upload, Claude-powered processing and a persistent team workspace. Establish a test dataset and baseline evaluation.
ValidationRecruit interested operations teams, run limited pilots and validate recurring use and willingness to pay before commercial launch.
No customer counts, revenue, investment or measured performance results are asserted here. Interest in pilots is being invited; completed pilots are not claimed.
05 / BUSINESS & GROWTH HYPOTHESISOne product. Repeatable adoption.
Our intended model is a workspace subscription with usage tiers based on document volume. We plan to start with distributor operations teams, validate a standard onboarding flow, and expand into adjacent document-driven workflows after demonstrating value in the initial use case.
Pricing, retention, unit economics and channel strategy remain hypotheses to test. Our early evaluation will include model costs per processed document and human corrections per accepted task.
06 / CLAUDE STARTUPSWhat we aim to build with the program.
We intend to apply to Claude Startups to support the transition from prototype to a Claude-powered MVP. Applied AI guidance and the founder community would help us refine evaluation, reliable document processing and the economics of a focused AI product.
Proceso Lab is independent and does not claim admission, credits, sponsorship or a partnership with Anthropic. Program acceptance is subject to Anthropic’s review.
